The box says it's a crème brûlée kit, but we've tossed the expired crème, and kept the best part of the kit -- (4) 4-1/4" dia ramekins, and the small, self-standing butane torch that's worth the price all by itself. Make your own crème, charge up the butane torch, and you're a French-dessert-servin', sugar-meltin' fool. The butane torch requires a refill with a standard butane refill can that is available at most drug stores.
